The Katanaut (it’s out of this world)

• 1.5 oz of Empress Gin
• .5 oz of simple syrup
• .5 oz of lemon juice
• Top with Sparkling wine (or sparkling water)
• Garnish with Lemon Wedge OR lemon twist.

Substitutions:

No simple syrup? Top with some sprite/ 7 up for fizz and flavour.
