Learning Madness Margarita – Escape from Education Margarita

This makes 2 margaritas (anymore than that and you won’t see straight)

1. 1.  2 ounces FRESH squeezed lime juice (not substitution and fresh limes make a difference)
   2. Fill large cocktail shaker ¾ full with ice
   3. Add 1.5 ounces of Agave Nectar (can substitute simple syrup)
   4. Add 5 ounces of Corralejo Reposado Tequila (substitute another only if you want a different cocktail)
   5. Add 2 ounces of lime juice from step 1
   6. Add ½ ounce Cointreau or Triple Sec
   7. Add ½ ounce Grand Marnier
   8. Shake vigorously (Then shake it some more)  Make your arms hurt.
   9. Strain/serve into a salt rimmed chilled glass.
