Known for her vibrant social media presence, including the popular 5 Minute Bookkeeping YouTube Channel and Facebook community, Veronica also runs the 5MB Academy, an online hub for bookkeepers and accountants. As a Certified Public Accountant with advanced certification in QuickBooks Online, she ranks among the Top 100 and Top 10 QuickBooks ProAdvisors. Based in Sugar Land, Texas, Veronica enjoys downtime with her husband Eric on their farm.

Their clientele, averaging around 50 clients per year, primarily revolves around Shopify sellers and emerging TikTok Shop sellers, focusing on the thriving e-commerce niche.
