A little bit about Mavency

Veronica Wasek is a multi-talented entrepreneur, influencer, educator, and accountant. She is the founder/CEOMavency, an award-winning bookkeeping firm specializing in assisting Shopify and TikTok Shop sellers. Known for her vibrant social media presence, including the popular 5 Minute Bookkeeping YouTube Channel and Facebook community, Veronica also runs the 5MB Academy, an online hub for bookkeepers and accountants. As a Certified Public Accountant with advanced certification in QuickBooks Online, she ranks among the Top 100 and Top 10 QuickBooks ProAdvisors. Based in Sugar Land, Texas, Veronica enjoys downtime with her husband Eric on their farm.

With a team size of 6 staff members supplemented by outsourced resources. Their clientele, averaging around 50 clients per year, primarily revolves around Shopify sellers and emerging TikTok Shop sellers, focusing on the thriving e-commerce niche. Setting ambitious growth targets, Mavency looks forward to expanding further, particularly with their strategic partnership with Finsmart as their outsourced partner.

When it comes to proposal and billing, Ignition steps in, while Zoho Vault ensures secure password storage. File management is streamlined with Box for storage and Rewind for backups. Squarespace takes care of her website needs, while both Microsoft 365 and G-Suite form the backbone of her workspace. And let’s not forget about Finsmart, the trusted partner for outsourcing tasks, rounding out her internal tech stack.

Veronica’s external tech stack is a powerhouse lineup, featuring Gusto for payroll, Ignition for accounts receivable, Melio for accounts payable, QuickBooks Online for accounting, Finale Inventory for inventory management, and Bookkeep and A2Z for e-commerce needs.
