On Tuesday, October 10, 2023, Judie McCarthy from Client Hub joined us for a Deep Dive and it was a blast! Judie is about to celebrate her 25th year as a Quick Books ProAdvisor! She is the co-founder of Client Hub as well as an Accounting Technology Consultant, Bookkeeper, and Advisor.
We dove right into understanding what Client Hub has to offer! We think that everyone should begin by asking “how do you communicate with your clients and your team”. With this tool everyone is in one place, everyone is communicating, workflows are all in one place and everything is getting shared. The biggest challenge they were trying to solve was getting information from clients and they really have solved that!
Heather explained that in her firm she really disliked the “pick-up-put-down”, meaning she would start something, but then have to pause to get information from the client and then start again. It’s very time-consuming and hard to stay in the right mindset to get tasks done. With the Client Hub automated internal workflow, you won’t have to worry about this! Time is really of the essence in our field and having everything in one place is a major game changer.
